CDC series characteristics are high rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, and the perfect retention of high accuracy. The spindle motor is used Siemens V3 motor, which has good waterproof performance and can resist high humidity. The two axes are Japanese-made ball screws and are also equipped with a fully closed loop optical linear scale, which can enormously reduce the accuracy error of the machine during the long-term processing. Suitable for grinding mandrels and aerospace workpieces.

● The optimal space design on guideway which provides the excellent support for the worktable and ensures the high positioning accuracy & repeatability of the worktable.
● The headstock is equipped with servomotor, speed variable automatically, it can maintain the high accuracy and efficiency during the grinding process.
● Suitable for large size workpiece machining such as spindle or aero parts.
● Optional high speed hydrostatic direct-drive spindle with max. peripheral speed 120m/s which is suitable for CBN wheel, presenting high speed & high removal efficiency.
