The CAC series is equipped with a hydrostatic spindle. Its characteristics are high rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, and the perfect retention of high accuracy. The double V design of the X-axis guideway that presents the best balance support and stable horizontal movement accuracy which can easily reach μm level during the grinding process. The software is equipped with the FAUNC or Mitsubishi M80 controller with a human-machine interface (HMI) that features rapid communication and convenient control for user-friendly operation. It has the function of automatic dressing and correction of the forming grinding wheels, can meet the multi-stages grinding of outer diameter/end face/forming (150mm wide grinding wheel) meanwhile, and has a wide range of applications.
