Following the applauded 5-axis machining centers Vcenter-AX380 and AX800, Victor Taichung Machinery continues to develop Vcenter-AX630 targeted for middle size machining. Traveling column design coped with trunnion type rotary table (Ø 630x500mm) fixed on machine base to enhance structure stiffness and easy access for paty loading, Vcenter-AX630 implements 5-axis machining on middle size part at compact floor space.
1. Trunnion type rotary table (Ø 630x500mm) built with backlash-less roller-cam drive mechanism ensures high rigidity and high reliability.
2. High rapid feed 48 m/min, high speed Bigplus BT-40/12000rpm spindle and high rotary speed rotary table implement high speed machining for short cycle time.
3. Fanuc 0iMF Plus (10.4"") control for 4+1 axis machining, Heidenhain and Siemens controls are also available for full 5-axis simutaneous machining.
