Info: "Chernger Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 to produce high speed and high accuracy CCD automated optical inspections (AOI). Our goal is to constantly improve our skills and products as the company grows.

Surface defect inspection is the hardest part of the inspection process. However, we have developed unique optical field and algorithm to overcome the difficulties of inspection. Besides, with the continual improvement of technologies, it is possible to inspect a variety of surface defects at high speed. As a result, we develop 5 to 10 professional CCD AOI systems every year to fulfill the requirements of defect inspection in domestic and foreign markets.

With the emphasis on productivity improvement, we help our customers to apply AOI systems/equipment to their production lines. We have different varieties of inspection experience in different products. For example, gears, automotive parts, IC carrier tapes, blood glucose test strips, PCB, semiconductors, and so on.

We have contributed to AOI industry for more than 18 years, and have developed a wide range of automatic inspection machines and measurement kits. We also assist customers who need to add more features to their AOI machines. We have successfully solved many difficult cases of visual measurement and defect inspection.

We offer different inspection modules for production factories and regular updates.
