Introduction

The TMS series is able to be applied for multi-process machining, Integrating swing B-axis and 5-axis simultaneous motion controller is able to be applied for complex curve surface contouring. The parts are possible to be finished just in one machine setup to save JIP and manpower. TMS Series could install our Tongtai TIMS , it has the diverse intelligent APP to help customer to increase product performance and quality. For production line, it could install TLM software. The factory data could be visualized, find and solve the problem, increase the production performance, predictive Maintenance and to avoid shutdown without warning.

Symmetrically saddle design on X/Y/Z axis
the X/Y/Z axis are perpendicular to each other with a real linear Y axis. It allows servo compensation on each axis to optimize the positioning accuracy.
Roller gear cam structure on B axis
It provides high rigidity, high-precision indexing ‧Zero-backlash and Long durability to keep milling function and also the rigidity of the turning.
Chain type magazine design
It allows workpiece changing and tool changing to process simultaneously for shortening the machining time.
