The high rigidity and stable man-made mineral machine bed could provide the smooth machining requirement and being the basic of accuracy.
The clients’ factory land capacity was increased for the machine has small machine bed design which only same as B1 paper size. Further, it’s easy to equip the automatic loading system.
The high efficiency bearing built-in spindles are used on both grinding wheel spindle & work spindle which offer the high accuracies grinding performance.
Both X & Z axes equip with linear servo motors which provide high-speed grinding activity and shorten the cycle time. Further, the digital readouts put on both axes for high-speed precision efficiency.
