1. Machine structure is cast of high grade FC-30 iron, melted by advanced induction furnace then cast in resin cores to ensure stability and rigidity. They are heat-treated with normalizing procedure prior to machining.
2. The C type machine structure design is able to improve X and Z axes straightness.
3.X axis adopt slant guide way design is able to increase machine rigidity and improve coolant draining speed.
4. Germany made hydrostatic rotary table with very good axial and radial run out. This table can hold 1600kg of workpiece.
5. Grinding wheel head spindle can be rotated ±30° to grind the taper of workpiece.
