JL-2550CNC is able to grind various shapes of workpieces, including concave, convex, ladder and L-shape and grooves with built-in dressing modes, such as straight typed, ball-shaped, V-shaped and CBN grinding wheels. Integrated with IOT, JL-2550CNC can provide a full report of operating status, alarm, processing parameters and quality to customers.
1. Intellectual Function module: auto measures and collects all the data of workpiece. You can monitor and output the measuring data through remote connection. Saves the costs of additional measuring device, reduces time of manual operation and personal error.
2. Ultra-sonic Detection Module: accurately capture the initial point of grinding wheel. No more measure with naked eyes.
3. Automatically stop the machine when failure is found during processing. Ensure the safety of personnels.
4. Graphical User Interface makes it easy to understand and operate. Each function and module are highlighted by different color.
5. High-rigid structure and excellect processing accuracy ensure the machine service life, stability and precision. For a 200mm x 200mm workpiece, the flatness after processing is under 2µm, parallelism is under 1.5µm, and the surface roughness is even less than 0.3µm.
