JL-3080CNC is applied to grind slot of slide blocks (model: 15~65). With robotic arm, the new JL-3080CNCII can fulfill automatic loading and unloading of workpiece in the future to save time and error of manual operation.
1. Reverse T type column structure and fully enclosed splash guard.
2. The machine uses GMN high speed spindle with the advantages of high accuracy, top quality and excellent stability.
3. The detecting device equipped can measure spindle rpm, temperature, pressure of oil-mist lubrication system and temperature of cooler. if any abnormal status is detected, the spindle will stop immediately.
4. To avoid vapor and chips entering into machine, JL-3080CNCII uses air-tight sealing design to protect spindle, linear scale and wheel dresser.
