●Laser Scan System
We adopt SCANLAB 2D scanner. Laser beam is quickly offset, rotated and positioned during processing. Upon customer’s request, the speed and accuracy can be adjusted.
 

●Linear Motors/ Granite Base
The linear motor is quick response, vibration free, no backlash, maintenance free, which result optimal motion control and high efficient processing.
The granite base structure provides high stable and high precision work table.
 

●Remote Monitoring and IOT System
Equips with CHMER intelligent controller which software and hardware are designed and manufactured by CHMER. There are many intelligent functions, including intuitive parameter adjustment, user-friendly operation interface, remote monitoring function which can monitor the processing through mobile devices. It can also equip with CHMER i-Connected information management center to view the machine processing history, maintenance notices, utilization rate analysis, etc. in real time. With robots and workpiece change system, it can achieve automated operations.
