DY42/52/65 is equipped with dual spindles and a double tooling system with Y-axis engage the possibility of complex machining on the sub-spindle.
The total number of tooling systems is up to 38 tools.
The motor on each tool system enlarges the accuracy and stability while heavy-duty machining.
To lower the tolerance and space of the tool, the sub tool system is equipped Y-axis, which can also expand the variation.
Boxways on all axes are oversized and precision ground to a near mirror finish for smooth, fast precision movements providing dynamic rigidity & heavy-duty cutting ability.
