Based on the voice of your machines and the technology of blade health assessment, MechaLogix suggests best cutting parameters for you. Machines can operate automatically according to these cutting parameters and maximize your blade life.
The CNC-530 allows you to manage blades, work orders from office, and cut with recommended rates and storing favorite parameters. Cast-iron saw frame, 4 oversized linear rails, large cast-iron wheels with the reinforcement arms, dual vibration dampeners, extra-large/wide guide arms and V_Drive further act to remove harmonics and vibrations
We also launch Cosen Exclusive Cutting Parameters Suggestion.

Keep updated with the latest parameters suggestions.
While cutting, blade experiences degradation or damage. Our AI Cutting will suggest cutting parameters based on real time feedback, and it will notify to make decision making easier. AI Cutting suggested adjustment in parameter has helped improve blade life.
Cutting Once activated, machine will take AI Cutting suggested parameter and run by itself. (* Only available on servo controlled machine.)
