Contrel Laser Microvia Drilling could drill 10µm~50µm holes with high efficiency and high drilling speed. With field mapping beam shaping technology, the Gaussian beam could turn into a customized shape with so that the substrate would not be damaged. AOI module could also be integrated to proceed with real-time drilling inspection for better drilling quality.
