GT Series is the gantry type structure, the control of three linear axes, wihch are free from affect of workpiece weight, and the driven centers of three axes are all on these gravity center. It significantly improves dynamic stability. It is developed for aerospace, mold, and automotive parts machining. 15K/20K/24K rpm spindle are both available for selection. GT Series could install our Tongtai TIMS , it has the diverse intelligent APP to help customer to increase product performance and quality. For production line, it could install TLM software. The factory data could be visualized, find and solve the problem, increase the production performance, predictive Maintenance and to avoid shutdown without warning.

Fixed type table design
X/Y/Z axis moving and table rotation are working individually to make sure machining is free from 3 axis inertia influences. Prefect servo driven design gives excellent machining stability. Comparing with table moving type, A/C axis are equipped in fixed position, A axis positioning accuracy can be free form vibration by feeding axis.
A/C axis : Roller gear cam drive
A/C axis rotary table is driven by roller gear cam with rolling contact between roller and cam, it could start with at a lower torque. High accuracy is guaranteed under long-time heavy duty cutting.
Driven at the center of gravity
The driven centers of three axes are all on these gravity centers. It dramatically improves dynamic stability.
A/C axis : Direct-direct motor type
Direct-drive motor is used as the driver of A/C-axis tilting and rotating. It’s one of the best solutions for high-speed machining. The advantages of DD motor are space saving, less error, higher resolution, higher torque, and higher speed.
