With 8" chuck and 4200 rpm for twin turning spindle, and 12000 rpm HSK-T63 milling spindle, Vmt-X200 is equipped Fanuc 0iTF Plus (15", type-0) control and 40 tool magazine to meet increasing demands on small batch or production with high variety.

Following the applauded 5-axis machining centers Vcenter-AX380 and AX800, Victor Taichung Machinery continues to develop Vcenter-AX630 targeted for middle size machining. Traveling column design coped with trunnion type rotary table (Ø 630x500mm) fixed on machine base to enhance structure stiffness and easy access for paty loading, Vcenter-AX630 implements 5-axis machining on middle size part at compact floor space.

Featuring the high dynamic balancing excluding gravity effect, Victor Taichung vertical lathe Vturn-V22W is equipped with finger chuck for turning alloy wheels up to 22". Twin turrets turns the wheel O.D. and I.D. simultaneously to reduce the machining time.

BT-50 spindle built with 2 step gearbox, Victor Taichung Vcenter-G135 is designed for heavy duty machining. 4 box slideways are casted on the machine base along Yaxis to ensure at the end of X-axis travel even for the table is loaded with heavy part up to 2200 kg. Machine can be shipped by regular HQ container to further lower the investment costs for customers.

Meeting the increasing demands to ummanned operation with maximum throughput at minimized floor space, Victor's Vturn-NP16 is built for such an application. Equipped with 6" chuck, 6000rpm spindle and rear disposal chip conveyor, Vturn-NP16 has the machine width 1488mm with a maximum turning length 250mm. Roller type LM guideways are mounted for higher rigidity, servo-driven turret for quick indexing, together with bolt holes reserved for robot addition, Vturn-NP16 guarantees highest production on small part machining at limited floor space.
